A Macy’s-Gimbels moment

Real Estate Rumble is proud to be a member of a very vibrant MLS Watchdog community.

Despite our desire to be a full-service real estate mockery site, we realize that we’re not the only ones out there doing this critical work. We also realize that most people have an insatiable appetite for the horrible and The Rumble just can’t do it all.

Therefore, we’d like to recommend you visit the granddaddy of real estate satire: UglyHousePhotos.com.

This site, started by real estate agent Leif Swanson, has been around for three years and has the most extensive collection of appalling photos imaginable. It’s also very popular, so if you visit it, you can say that you are one of the cool kids.

So enjoy. And remember to send on any freaky MLS pictures you run across. You just may save a life.

Thank you for the difficult and important work that you do. Please, keep fighting the good fight!

P.S. Did you know that initials are MLS and I used to be a real estate photographer. Later, I wrote about interior design for three years. Coincedence? I think not.

Thank you for the shout-out today. Much appreciated. Together we can help home sellers prepare their homes for buyers. Let’s turn these ugly ducklings into swans.

The granddaddy of all funny real estate photo sites is lovelylisting.com IMHO. I’ve been following that site for a long time.
